I hereby solicit COMPANY and agree to pay CREDIT CONSULTATION FEE to COMPANY Wherein CONSULTANT, to be retained for a fee, has agreed to assist CLIENT in developing personal credit financial profile as is described herein below.

            Privacy Act and Notice Of Power of Attorney: This information is to be used by COMPANY or its assignees in solely as authorizaton to pull credit report, submit credit letters on behalf of client, submit credit repair documents, and obtain and recieve information on clients behalf for the sole purpose of repairing, challenging and recieve clients credit reports.  Credit Wiping.Com, Its agents or assignees will not be disclosed clients information to any outside agency except as required and permitted by law. You do not have to provide this information, but if you do not provide this information we will not be able to work on your credit report and will hold or cancel your application.  This signed contract represents both your consent to pull any or all your personal or business credit report based on your authorization and will serve as power of attorney to act on your behalf to challenge information on your credit report, dispute information on your credit report, remove information on your credit report, request information related to your credit report on your behalf.  The information requested in this contract is authorized by  Title 38,  USC,Chapter 37 (if VA); by 12 USC,  Section 1701 et. seq;  by 42 USC, Section 1452b (if HUD/CPD); and Title 42 USC, 1471 et. seq., or 7 USC, 1921 et.seq. (if USDA/FmHA).  In no way shape form of any type is this credit report a bases for any activity which 'may be' perfomed outside of any legal or ethical limits by the person requesting this report or working on the clients behalf.

            WHERE AS, CLIENT wishes for CONSULTANT to proceed with the following: To assist in developing personal credit financial profile. 

                        INITIATION OF AGREEMENT AND TERM: To initiate this agreement ("Agreement Term") a signed Agreement is required. The Agreement Term shall expire at Midnight 360 days from the date of implementation.

                        1. DUTIES OF CONSULTANT: Consultant shall be engaged to perform the following functions:
                        a. Dispute a total of negative trade lines submitted by client as it pertains to their personal credit profile.
                        b. Does not "guarantees" any removal of specific trade lines; however the consultant will guarantee one year of credit disputes as it pertain to the negative trade lines submitted by client.
                        c. Submit credit disputes to each credit agency every 30 days for twelve months.

                        2. DUTIES OF CLIENTS: Client shall be engaged to perform the following functions:
                        d. Provide a tri-merge credit report from all three credit agencies [ Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union]
                        e. Provide list of derogatory trade lines for consultant to dispute for one year.
                        f. Provide consultant with a copy of photo identification.
                        g. Authorize the release of information to consultant as it pertains to their personal credit profile.
                        h. Fax all responses received from the three credit agencies [Equifax, Experian, Trans Union] to 1-888-675-7773 or whatever fax number credit consultant provide to client to fax needed information no later than five days after receipt.
                        i. Client agrees not to retrieve personal credit report during the duration of this agreement without written notification via fax (1-888-675-7773 or whatever fax number credit consultant provide to client to fax needed information) to consultant.
                        j. Client is fully competent of their duties and responsibilities as it relates to this agreement.
                        k. Client was not under duress, coercion nor stress when consenting to this agreement.

            REMUNERATION: In consideration of the services that are to be performed by CONSULTANT:

                        l. CLIENT agrees to pay CONSULTANT a retainer fee of $29.99 (PER MONTH WHICH HAS BEEN PAY ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT. WHICH IS MADE CLEAR UPON PROOF OF RECIPT PAY OR BY WAY OF OUR RECORDS.)
                        4. REPRESENTATIONS: The acts, statements, and representations made by the CLIENT in form of documentation, and CLIENT agrees to indemnify CONSULTANT for any liability, claims, losses, and expenses, including legal expenses, incurred by CONSULTANT that result from CLIENT'S representations. CLIENT represents that all materials provided to CONSULTANT regarding the transaction are truthful and accurate.
                        5. IRREVOCABLE, NON-CANCELABLE, NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON-DISCLOSURE, CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (NCND): CLIENT and CONSULTANT, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "PARTIES" do hereby acknowledge the desire to transact business together on an ongoing basis, and intend to be legally bound hereby and irrevocably agree to the following:
                        A. Not to circumvent, avoid, bypass or obviate each other directly or indirectly. This NCND agreement is to confirm each of the undersigned will not conduct business or deal with any entity introduced by the signatory for a period of three years (3) from date of signatures.
                        B. Not to use, employ, exploit, disclose, or otherwise reveal, divulge, or expose to any third party, any confidential information provided by the other, especially as to documentation, or with other funding sources any or all other financial derivations, products, systems, procedures, or other proprietary information without express written permission from the other.
                        C. This NCND agreement shall have a term of three (3) years even with the event of termination by either "PARTY" as described in Section 3(A) above.
                        D. This NCND agreement shall be binding upon the "PARTIES" hereunder signed their successors and assigns. The undersigned also confirm that by execution of this agreement, that any company, trust, corporation, or entity of which they are an employee, member, officer, partner or agent is also bound by this agreement.
                        6. GOVERNING LAW: This entire Agreement shall be governed and construed and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations in the State of Michigan and the United States of America, concurrently. In the event that a violation, dispute, or disagreement occurs, and if PARTIES cannot resolve said disagreement, the disputed disagreement will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association, Detroit, Michigan, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and all PARTIES will agree to abide by their decision. Judgment, upon award, will be binding to all PARTIES concerned.
                        7. AUTHORITY: The PARTIES hereto represent that they have the authority to enter into the agreement and that the signatures accepted by fax are accepted as though they were original.
                        8. FULL DISCLOSURE: CLIENT gives CONSULTANT full disclosure of all credit documents and discussions during the period of this transaction.
                        9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This document constitutes the entire agreement of, and supersedes any prior agreements and/or understandings between the PARTIES. No amendment, alteration or withdrawal of this agreement shall be valid or binding unless it is made in writing and signed by CLIENT and CONSULTANT.

            I hereby authorize the Broker to verify my past and present employment earnings records,  bank accounts,  stock holdings, and any other asset balances that are needed to process my credit report. I further authorize the Broker to order a consumer credit report and verify other credit information, including past and present mortgage and landlord references. It is understood that a copy of this form will also  serve  as  authorization. The information the Broker obtains is only to be used in the processing of my personal business credit report.  FURTHERMORE (I/We) hereby authorize Credit Wiping.com LLC who received my personal credit information from myself; to use it to process the appropriate applications. It is understood that my signature on this form will also serve as authorization. This authorization expires 1 year from the date indicated on this contract. Privacy Act Notice: This information is to be used by 'COMPANY' or its Assignees and will not be disclosed to outside the agencies except as required and permitted by law. I understand that ANY abuse made against the service provider from myself may result in the merging of my CPN file and made useless!  I understand that after service provider has provided all agreed upon E-Books, CPN, or Trade lines the service provider has facilitated their duties within this agreement!
